Last month, on May 21st, was launched the third edition of the MI Health Management & Clinical Innovation Forum, the largest european forum in terms of health innovation.
This year, more than 70 international experts discussed on how to transform Health with the objective to make health systems more sustainable. Thereby, the forum tackled the use of technology, the encouragement of entrepreneurship, and the role of patients in the transformation of health systems, ensuring a responsible use of the means.
In this frame, MI Health Forum hosted the Innovation Awards ceremony, awarding innovative health projects in three categories: knowledge, technology and organization.
Bubble | Pure Air, thanks to the medical consulting Romika Medical, had the privilege to be one of the finalists in the “technology” category. Presented as the first portable space where it is possible to breathe pure air in continuous generation, ISO 6 certified, offering a cleanroom environment where invasive treatments can be carried out without bacteriological infections risks.
After extensive talks, the awarded projects were a efficient and noninvasive pulmonary maturity test for fetuses, a new automated blood screening system through image, and lastly the new nursing organizational system of the Hospital Clinic in Barcelona.
Without any doubts, the third edition with more than 700 professionals from the fields of health, health management, politics and industry.
